What we collect

When you contact us, ask for a quote or use our services, we may collect your name, company, phone number, email address, site address and details of the job. If you visit our website, basic statistics about your visit are collected automatically.

Website analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited and how visitors found us. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We use it as combined statistics and we don’t use it to identify you personally. Google processes this information for us, and it may be stored on servers outside New Zealand. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, carry out and document work, send invoices and keep records we’re required to keep, such as certificates. We don’t sell your information.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers to run our business, such as our job management, accounting and email systems, and they hold information on our behalf. We may also share information where the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and only keep it for as long as we need it, or as long as the law requires.
