Thermal imaging

Thermal imaging inspections.

What we check

  • Switchboards and distribution boards
  • Loose, damaged or overloaded connections
  • Busbars, isolators and cable terminations
  • Motor control centres and plant

What you get

A report with the thermal images, what each hot spot means and how urgent it is, plus a quote for any repairs. Many insurers and maintenance plans recommend regular thermal imaging.

How it works

  1. We book a time when the site is running under normal load.
  2. We scan switchboards, connections and plant with a thermal camera, with the power on.
  3. We send a report with the images, what each hot spot means and how urgent it is.
  4. We quote any repairs.

Standards and paperwork

Scans are done with the power on, using safe working practices. Many insurers and maintenance plans recommend regular scans.

Questions we’re asked
